1) Can I modify team name(s) and/or participants after having finalised my

group?

Yes, you may change the names of teams and participants at any given

moment. In the team file, just click on CHANGE MY INFO.

 

2) How can I add on teams once the group is closed?

In this case, you need to create a new group, so that a new bill can be sent out.

 

3) Is it possible to order supplementary Walking Dinner tickets once the group

is finalised?

Please contact info@runningnation.eu 

 

4) When will we receive our bill?

Billing is done automatically, so as soon as your group is finalised, you will

receive your bill by email.

 

5) Until when may I change the name(s) of the team(s), name(s) of the

runner(s), …?

You may change the name(s) of the team(s), the runner(s), … up until the

Tuesday before the race.

 

6) I can’t find my group’s access code.

You can ask for it at info@runningnation.eu

 

7) How can I get a copy of my bill?

You can ask for it at info@runningnation.eu

 

8) Until when is it possible to cancel a team, and under which conditions?
