Mobility

The IMMORUN powered by Immobel takes place in the Park of Tervuren on Thursday, 10 September 2026.

With more than 2,700 people travelling to the event, we strongly encourage all participants to plan their journey in advance and, whenever possible, choose a sustainable mode of transport.

Come by bike

Cycling is one of the easiest ways to reach the event while avoiding traffic and parking delays.

A dedicated bicycle parking area will be available near the main entrance of the event. Signage will guide you to the correct location upon arrival.

The F29 cycle highway between Brussels and Leuven runs through the Park of Tervuren, providing a convenient connection to the event.

Please remember to bring your own bicycle lock.

Come by public transport

The nearest public transport stop is Tervuren Station, located only a two-minute walk from the event site.

From Brussels

Take tram 44 from Montgomery to Tervuren Station.

Montgomery is easily accessible via:

  • Metro line 1
  • Tram 7
  • Tram 25
  • Tram 39

Metro line 1 provides a direct connection between Brussels city centre and Montgomery.

From Leuven or Kraainem

Bus R80 connects Leuven, Tervuren and Kraainem. Get off at Tervuren Station, just a short walk from the event entrance.

If you are travelling by train, Leuven station offers the easiest onward connection, as bus R80 takes you directly to Tervuren without requiring a transfer.

Please consult the latest timetables and plan your journey in advance via the route planners of STIB-MIVB and De Lijn.

Come by car

We strongly encourage you to carpool with your colleagues. It is one of the easiest ways to reduce traffic, limit parking pressure and make your journey to the event smoother.

Parking capacity in the immediate surroundings of the Park of Tervuren is very limited. To ensure a smooth and safe arrival, participants travelling by car must use one of the designated event parking areas.

Parking registration is mandatory

Free parking is available at two designated locations, but advance registration is required.

The registration system will open at the beginning of next week.

After registering, you will receive a parking ticket indicating:

  • Your assigned parking area
  • The correct address or navigation code
  • The practical instructions for reaching the event

Please follow the parking assignment shown on your ticket. Access to a different parking area cannot be guaranteed.

We strongly recommend carpooling with your colleagues whenever possible. This will help reduce traffic around the venue and make arrival easier for everyone.

Parking 1: Molenberglaan area

Participants assigned to Parking 1 will be directed to the designated parking spaces around:

  • Molenberglaan
  • Arthur Van Dycklaan
  • Constant Dereymaekerlaan

Stewards and signage will guide you upon arrival. From this parking area, follow the indicated walking route through the Park of Tervuren to reach the event.

Only use this parking area if it is mentioned on your parking ticket.

Parking 2: Walzinplein

Participants assigned to Parking 2 can park at Walzinplein in Sterrebeek.

A complimentary shuttle service will operate between Walzinplein and the Park of Tervuren. Signage and stewards will direct you from the parking area to the shuttle departure point.

Please allow sufficient time for parking and the shuttle journey.

Only use this parking area if it is mentioned on your parking ticket.

Important traffic information

Roadworks are taking place at several locations in the wider area, including:

  • The N3 near the Bertem exit from the E40
  • The Vierarmentunnel area

Additional traffic and delays may occur, especially during the evening rush hour. We therefore recommend leaving early and following the route provided with your parking ticket.

Help us keep Tervuren accessible

To minimise disruption for local residents and ensure everyone’s safety:

  • Do not park outside the designated areas
  • Do not park on pavements, cycle paths or green spaces
  • Follow the instructions of stewards and parking staff
  • Respect all temporary signage and parking restrictions
  • Do not drive directly to the event entrance
  • Allow sufficient time for your journey

Thank you for helping us make the journey to and from the IMMORUN as smooth, safe and sustainable as possible.
